A Bonnie Day
Level Designer & Producer
From September 2021 to December 2021 at Abertay University, I worked as level designer/producer for the 3D isometric slice of life game A Bonnie Day. For this project, the full development cycle was 12 weeks.

As level designer and producer, my combined role had me responsible for a variety things, ranging from:
Level design & layout, from concepts to final product.
Gameplay design.
Audio selection, including SFX and music.
Timeline management.
Development pipeline management.

This was a new challenge for me, as it was the first time I had the opportunity to act in a more "lead" position in a team. It was a great learning experience, and I gained a lot of new teamwork oriented skills in relation to how to manage a multi-disciplinary team. While it was small, it featured people from areas of expertise, some of whom had yet to work in a team setting before.
